Overview
You can now export RI (Reserved Instances) and SP (Savings Plans) usage reports as CSV files on a monthly basis directly from Aqua.
Previously, only limited data could be retrieved from individual pages. This new feature lets you select exactly the columns you need and export a fully customised CSV — all in one place.
Feature Details
Menu location RI/SP Data Export in the Aqua left menu.
Additional report types will be added to this screen in future updates.
Report type
RI/SP Data Export (CSV)
Period selection Use the Period Selector in the top right of the screen to specify the target month.
Column selection Choose exactly which columns to include in the CSV export for each report.
At least one column must be selected per report
If all columns are deselected, that report will be unchecked automatically
How to Export
Click the Export CSV button (downward arrow icon) in the top right — a CSV file will be generated based on your selected conditions
Select the email address to send the CSV file to
A download link will be sent to the selected email address — click it to download your file
Saving a default email address
Check the Set as default checkbox to save your email address as the default recipient. Once saved, you won't need to re-enter it for future exports.
Export history
Past exports can be viewed in the history table at the bottom of the screen.
Notes
CSV export results are delivered as an email attachment — direct download from the screen is not available.
