Overview

We're excited to announce four new features and improvements coming to Ripple and Aqua in May 2026! Here's a quick look at what's new:

  • 📊 Export RI/SP Report — Download monthly RI and SP usage reports as CSV

  • 📋 Wave Activity Log Export — Export audit logs directly from Ripple

  • ⚙️ Invoice Service Settings — Exclude specific AWS services from calculations

  • 🔄 AWS Billing Transfer Support — Seamless handling of Payer billing transfers

Read on for the details on each feature. Full documentation is linked at the end of each section.

1. Export RI/SP Report 📊

You can now export RI and SP usage reports as CSV files on a monthly basis from a brand new Report Export screen. Whether you're running internal audits or sharing data with stakeholders, getting your RI and SP data out of Aqua has never been easier.

What's included:

  • Choose exactly which columns to include for each report

  • Receive your export by email with the CSV attached

  • Save a default recipient email address for future exports

  • View your full export history at any time

📖 For more details, refer to: Export RI/SP Report

2. Wave Activity Log Export 📋

Security and accountability just got a big boost. User access records and operation logs (audit logs) for Wave can now be exported as CSV files directly from Ripple — perfect for MSPs with security and access audit requirements.

What's included:

  • Access from Activity Log Export within the Ripple interface

  • Switch between Ripple and Wave log types with ease

  • Select and export logs across multiple Wave Root Users at once

  • Fully supports MSP security and access audit workflows

📖 For more details, refer to: Wave Activity Log Export

3. Invoice Service Settings — Service Exclusion ⚙️

More control over your billing calculations is here. You can now exclude specific AWS services from Invoice Service calculations — so your charges apply exactly where you want them to.

What's included:

  • Set "all services except excluded ones" as your calculation scope

  • Familiar UI — works just like the existing Service Discount / Premium settings

  • Great for excluding Marketplace or Bedrock from AWS Usage billing

  • AWS support at launch, with more clouds to follow

📖 For more details, refer to: Invoice Service Settings Update

4. AWS Billing Transfer Support 🔄

Moving billing ownership between Payers? Ripple now handles AWS Billing Transfer natively, so your data stays accurate and your workflow stays smooth throughout the transition.

What's included:

  • Enable via the Billing Transfer toggle in Payer settings

  • Set the transition start month under Billing Transfer Transition Timing

  • Ripple references both old and new Payer CURs across the transition period

  • Cancellation of Billing Transfer is also supported directly from Ripple

MSPs proceeding with Billing Transfer migrations for AWS Partner Program incentive eligibility can continue using Ripple seamlessly — no disruption to your workflow.
