Wave – Activity Log Export

How to export Wave user access and activity logs as CSV from Ripple.

Written by Alphaus Support Team

Overview

You can now export Wave user access records and operation logs (audit logs) as CSV files directly from Ripple.

This feature is designed to support security and access audit requirements — giving you a clear record of which Wave users accessed Wave, when they did so, and what actions they performed.

Feature Details

Menu location Access via Activity Log Export in the Ripple interface.

Log type selection On the export screen, switch between the following log types:

  • Ripple activity logs

  • Wave activity logs (newly supported in this release)

User selection When exporting Wave logs, you can select multiple Wave Root Users as the export target.

Key fields included in the log:

  • The user who performed the access or operation

  • The date and time of the access or operation

  • The action performed in Wave

Use Cases

  • Meeting MSP security and compliance audit requirements

  • Reviewing Wave usage during a specific period

  • Responding to end-customer requests for Wave activity log submissions

Notes

Logs from operations performed outside of Wave (e.g. via API integration) are not included in this export.

For large numbers of target users, the export may take some time to complete.
