Overview

This guide walks you through how to modify invoice settings for invoices that have already been created in Ripple — for example, when a new account was added or support fees were accidentally left out.

Step 1: Modify the Invoice Settings

  1. From the left menu, click Invoices > Invoice Management.

  2. Select the month you wish to edit.

  3. Check the box next to the Billing Group whose settings you want to change.

  4. Click Edit Settings > Invoice Settings > select the relevant cloud provider (e.g. AWS).

  5. Specify the changes you want to make and click Change Settings.

Tip: You can select multiple Billing Groups at once if you want to apply the same changes across them.

Step 2: Recreate the Invoice

  1. Check the box next to the Billing Group whose invoice settings you modified.

  2. Click Create And Publish Invoice(s) in the top right corner.

  3. Select Create and Publish Invoice(s) > For Selected Billing Groups to complete the process.

Note: Changes made using the steps above will only be reflected in the current month's invoice. If you wish to apply these settings to future months, you must also update the Master Settings at the same time.
