You can view Other Billing Details from the account menu within the Wave Reports section.

For AWS, this displays cost categories billed separately from standard usage charges — such as Reserved Instance and Savings Plans upfront fees, refunds, and credits applied by AWS. Please note that only items applied as recalculation billing data are displayed in Other Billing Details. These items are not linked to the graphs shown in the dashboard or reports.
