This guide walks you through the discount breakdown display feature for invoice line items generated in Ripple.

Previously, discount amounts displayed on Ripple invoice line items were shown as a single combined total across all services. As invoices grew larger, it became increasingly difficult to understand the breakdown of discount amounts. This feature was implemented in response to feedback requesting a more detailed view.

The service discount breakdown is displayed below the subtotal for each account. The amounts shown represent the discount applied.
