Overview
This guide walks you through the information displayed on the Dashboard page in the Ripple left menu.
Dashboard
The Overview section at the top of the page displays the totals for the period selected in the calendar in the top right corner:
Item | Description |
Billed amount | Total amount of invoices issued in Ripple |
Cost | Total cost data retrieved from cloud providers |
Profit | Billed amount minus cost |
SPP discount | Discount amount for resellers (AWS only) |
Billed Amount and Profit
This section displays the monthly billed amount, cost, and profit for the selected period.
Click View breakdown to see the following profit breakdown:
True Unblended profit – RI
True Unblended profit – SP
SPP discount total
Profit from support charges
Custom service profit
Profit from agency fees
Profit from other items
Notes: The breakdown does not cover all profit components — the sum of the breakdown items will not necessarily equal the total profit figure.
Top Billing Groups by Profit Margin
Displays the top 10 Billing Groups by profit margin for the selected period, along with their billed amount, cost, and profit.
