Feature Overview
Previously, adjusting entries could only be reflected in the current or future months. Now, you have the flexibility to apply adjusting entries to the previous month.
Instructions
From the left menu, navigate to Invoices > Adjusting Entries.
Select the billing data you want to reflect, then click Action.
Choose the billing month where you want to apply the data (you can now select the previous month).
If necessary, configure exchange rates or other settings.
Once you're done, click the Apply button in the bottom right.
Important Specifications
If an exchange rate isn't specifically registered for the chosen month, the default exchange rate set in Exchange Rate will be applied.
You can verify the reflected adjusting entries under the Applied section of the target billing month's adjusting entries.
Example: If you include May's adjusting entries in April's usage fees, it will appear under the Applied items for April's adjusting entries.
