Overview
This guide walks you through how to check the status of a Report Finalization request in Ripple. After clicking the Report Finalization button on the dashboard, you can monitor the progress using the statuses below.
Status List
Status | Description |
Preparing | Aggregation is being prepared (estimated 1–3 hours) |
XX% Aggregating | Shows the current progress of the aggregation process |
Reviewing | Checking that the figures are correct (estimated 2–4 hours) |
Complete | Aggregation and review are complete — invoices can now be created |
Displayed Information
There are two types of displays depending on the action taken:
Bulk aggregation button — accessed from Dashboard in the left menu. Displays the account name
Recalculation button — used to re-aggregate a specific Billing Group only. Displays the Billing Group name
You can also identify the aggregation target (account or cost allocation tag) from the icon displayed.
