Overview
This guide walks you through the initial setup steps to get started with Ripple.
After receiving your login credentials from Alphaus, you can log in to Ripple from the link below:
Login URL: https://app.alphaus.cloud/ripple/login
Once logged in, you will see the Ripple dashboard. To start reflecting your AWS costs, complete the following initial setup steps.
Initial Setup:
Payer Account Registration
Register your AWS Payer Account using one of the methods below:
Create a Billing Group
Set up a Billing Group and link your accounts. For a step-by-step guide, refer to Create a Billing Group.
Report Finalization
Click Report Finalization on the dashboard to reflect your costs.
If you would like to register multiple accounts at once:
Fill out the Account & Billing Group Registration Mapping Sheet
Contact us via the chat function in the bottom right corner or at ripple_cs@alphaus.cloud.
We will follow up with you once the batch registration is completed.
Notes:
The system to aggregates the previous month's costs. For example, if Report Finalization is triggered in September, the costs for August will be reflected and calculated.
If you need to recalculate or review costs from past months, please contact us via the chat function in the bottom right corner. (Past amounts will be selectable until the end of January 2021.)
Recalculation will also be required whenever changes are made to a Billing Group's resource settings, such as:
Changes to Linked Account linking settings
Payer Account migrations
Changes to tag or non-tag settings
