To reduce the risk of account takeover and unauthorized access, WAVE provides an identity verification step using your email address in addition to the standard password-based login process.

Setup Instructions

  1. Log in to WAVE and open Preferences from the left-side menu.

  2. Open My Account.

  3. Enable the email authentication setting.

  4. Once enabled, a verification code will be sent to the email address used for authentication during login.

  5. Starting from your next login, you can complete sign-in by entering the verification code sent to your email address.

Login Authentication Flow

  1. Enter your email address and password on the login screen.

  2. A verification code entry screen will appear.

  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered email address.

  4. Once the verification is completed, you will be logged in to WAVE.
