Overview
This guide walks you through how to define specific permissions and assign them to sub-users in Ripple. Permissions can be set for areas such as Billing Group, Account, Invoice, and Settings — for example, Read-only or Read & Write access.
Steps
Step 1: Open Sub-User Management
Click Sub-User Management from the top right corner of Ripple.
Step 2: Add a Role
Create a role and assign the relevant permissions. The available permission types are:
Type | Description |
Ripple | Permissions related to Ripple features |
User | Permission to create, view, and edit Ripple accounts and users |
Role | Permission to create, view, and edit permission roles |
Admin | Full permission to create, view, and edit |
Admin : a permission to create, view and edit
Step 3: Add a User
Create a user and assign the role created in Step 2.
Important: Please make sure to save the login credentials before clicking Create. These credentials can be used to log in to Ripple.
