How to create and manage sub-users with specific permissions in Ripple

Overview

This guide walks you through how to define specific permissions and assign them to sub-users in Ripple. Permissions can be set for areas such as Billing Group, Account, Invoice, and Settings — for example, Read-only or Read & Write access.


Steps

Step 1: Open Sub-User Management

Click Sub-User Management from the top right corner of Ripple.

Step 2: Add a Role

Create a role and assign the relevant permissions. The available permission types are:

Type

Description

Ripple

Permissions related to Ripple features

User

Permission to create, view, and edit Ripple accounts and users

Role

Permission to create, view, and edit permission roles

Admin

Full permission to create, view, and edit

Admin : a permission to create, view and edit

Step 3: Add a User

Create a user and assign the role created in Step 2.

Important: Please make sure to save the login credentials before clicking Create. These credentials can be used to log in to Ripple.
