Have you ever created an invoice in Ripple, only to receive new information requiring you to reconfigure it?

This could be for various reasons, for example, a new account was added or support fees were accidentally left out.

This article outlines how to handle such situations. By following the steps below, you can modify your invoice settings.

1. Modify the Settings for the Relevant Billing Group

From the Invoices section in the left tab, click Create Invoice. Then, select the month you wish to edit and check the box next to the billing group whose settings you want to change.

Next, click Invoice Settings in the top-right corner of the screen and select the vendor for the invoice you want to change. Example: AWS Invoice Settings Specify the changes you want to make and click the Change Settings button.

* You can select multiple invoices and change them all at once if you want to apply the same changes.

2. Recreate the Invoice

Select the checkbox for the billing group whose invoice settings you modified. Click the Create Invoice button in the top-right corner, then click Create And Publish Invoice(s) > For Selected Billing Groups to complete the invoice recreation process.

Please note: Changes made using the steps above will only be reflected in the current month's invoice. If you wish to apply these settings to future months, you must also update the Master Settings simultaneously.
